Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our Innovation Team. The ideal candidate has proven experience in UI/UX design, in-depth knowledge of design processes, and proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. We are seeking someone with an analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to create designs that maximize user engagement and satisfaction.

What will you do?

• End-to-End Design Process: Lead the entire design process, from ideation to prototyping and final implementation.
• User-Centric Design: Create solutions that optimize user experience and boost engagement.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use metrics and feedback to continuously improve the UI and enhance product performance.
• Feature Design and Testing: Design and test product features aligned with objectives, utilizing A/B testing for optimization.
• Collaboration with Development: Work closely with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet specifications.

What do you need?

• At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced skills in UI/UX design and proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and analyzing performance data (e.g., CTR, engagement rate).
• Ability to design micro-interactions for smooth and responsive navigation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with engineers.
