This role is focused on managing and growing relationships with publishers that are already onboarded on our platform. It does not involve sourcing or acquiring new publishers. Instead, your mission will be to develop existing partnerships, optimize their performance, and unlock additional growth opportunities.

You are analytical, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital advertising environment.

What Will You Do?

Publisher Relationship Management

  • Manage and nurture relationships with publishers already integrated on our platform, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction.

  • Act as the main point of contact for these partners, supporting them in maximizing performance.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing publisher accounts.

  • Maintain regular communication with publishers to strengthen partnerships and drive growth.

  • Represent MyAppFree at industry events and conferences to reinforce existing relationships.


Campaign Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as BigQuery and Data Studio.

  • Use data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities and improve key performance metrics.

  • Work closely with internal teams to test new ad formats and improve campaign strategies for existing partners.


Strategy & Market Insights

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance publisher performance.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

  • Continuously look for ways to increase value and performance for our current publisher partners.


What Will You Need?

  • 2+ years of experience in Publisher Management or a similar role.

  • Strong ability to manage and grow existing partnerships with publishers.

  • Knowledge of the Offerwall/Rewarded industry and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).

  • Advanced analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel and data analysis tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations.
