MAF's mobile game publishing Ciao Games has been growing with increasing speed and now looking for a UA Campaign Manager to drive user acquisition efforts, optimize performance marketing strategies, and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

What you will do:

As a UA Campaign Manager in Ciao Games, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will have the opportunity to analyze, strategize, and innovate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

1. Experience & Skills

  • Performance Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and other key performance metrics.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize based on performance insights.

  • Media Buying Experience: Proven experience in managing user acquisition campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google Ads, DSPs, OEMs, incent networks, etc.).

  • Budget Management: Experience handling budgets efficiently and maximizing campaign profitability.

  • Creativity in Ad Strategy: Ability to test and iterate on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

2. Technical & Tools

  • MMPs & Analytics Tools: Familiarity with Singular, Adjust, Appsflyer, or similar tracking tools.

  • Looker Studio & Data Dashboards: Ability to track and visualize performance metrics.

  • Automation & APIs: Experience with Google Sheets automation, APIs for campaign reporting, and bid adjustments is a plus.

  • BigQuery & SQL Knowledge: Ability to query and analyze large datasets for deeper campaign insights.

  • Ad Monetization Knowledge: Understanding of mediation tools like IronSource LevelPlay, AdMob, and Unity Ads.

What you bring:

  • Performance Marketing Expert – Deep understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV and experience in optimizing acquisition campaigns.

  • Data-Driven Mindset – Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret campaign performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Media Buying Experience – Hands-on experience managing paid UA campaigns across Google, Meta, DSPs, OEMs, incent networks, and other performance marketing platforms.

  • Budget Management – Ability to strategically allocate and optimize budgets to maximize profitability.

  • Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with MMPs (Singular, Adjust, Appsflyer), data visualization tools (Looker Studio), and automation/APIs for campaign reporting.

  • SQL & BigQuery Knowledge – Comfortable working with large datasets to extract valuable insights.

  • Problem Solver – Proactive in troubleshooting tracking issues, optimizing workflows, and solving performance challenges.

  • Creative Thinker – Ability to test and iterate on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for continuous performance improvement.

  • Collaborative Approach – A team player who works well with cross-functional teams (designers, analysts, developers).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with IronSource LevelPlay, AdMob, and Unity Ads for ad monetization.

  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripts for campaign management.

  • Background in growth marketing, mobile gaming, or fintech industries.
